Aspire Fitness is a well-established gym and personal training facility in Canton, Cardiff, founded in 2005 and operating from its own premises since 2008. The studio offers personal training, small group personal training (SGPT) in groups of up to five, gym membership, and a variety of fitness classes including Spinning and Circuits.

Beyond standard gym services, Aspire also provides sports science and coaching, including VO2max testing, lactate threshold testing, metabolic rate testing, trail and ultra running coaching, and strength & conditioning coaching.

The team of experienced trainers — co-founders Joe Timmins and Ben Morris, both with over 20 years in the industry — bring deep expertise in endurance sport, strength training, and exercise science. Sessions run throughout the week and can be booked online, with membership starting from £1 a day.
