Astons Kickboxing Academy is a kickboxing academy in Shrewsbury, established in 2010, with 150+ active members and a track record of developing British, European & World Champions. The academy offers structured classes for all ages — from Little Dragons (ages 4–7) and kids' classes through to adult training, pads & bags sessions, and 1-to-1 personal training.

Every programme is built around developing confidence, discipline, resilience, and self-belief both on and off the mat. A minimum 6-month membership commitment is required to ensure meaningful, lasting results.
