Athena Pilates is an independent Pilates studio offering small classes of up to 9 people for individual attention and faster progress. Specialising in rehabilitative Pilates for orthopaedic conditions and injury recovery, as well as pre- and post-natal (perinatal) Pilates.

Classes include Mixed Ability Mat Based Pilates, Deep Release Pilates, Intermediate/Advanced Pilates, Supported Chair Pilates, Children's Pilates and Mindfulness, and Trigger Point Pilates. Private one-to-one and one-to-two sessions are available on request. The studio also offers Forest Bathing, Forest School, Reiki, and mini retreats.
