Atlas Fitness Gym, known as Home of the Spartans, is Milton Keynes's premier weight training and bodybuilding facility located in Stacey Bushes.
The gym offers an extensive range of Hammer Strength, Cybex, and Nautilus equipment — including plate loaded, selectorised, and free weights — alongside cardiovascular machines, two full dumbbell sets ranging from 1 kg to 75 kg, and over 10,000 kg of free weight plates.
On-site amenities include sunbeds, a nutrition shop, gym clothing, an on-site sports injury clinic, and bodybuilding competitions.
