Atrix Fitness Company is an official HYROX gym and TRYKA affiliate based at Newpark Primary Care Centre in Kilkenny, built around coached, capped small-group training. Its core offer is SGPT (small group personal training), where every session is programmed and led by a coach, with all fitness levels welcome and no experience needed.

The HYROX classes follow the full race format, with a SkiErg, Concept2 rowers, a 12m sled track, sandbags, wall balls, Open and Pro division equipment and an outdoor running circuit on site. Around 20 classes a week run across morning, evening and weekend slots, including functional fitness and early-morning sessions.

Everything is booked through the Atrix Fitness Company app, with monthly subscriptions, pay-as-you-go passes and a trial pass for newcomers. Pilates is listed as coming soon.
