MumTrainer is a Kilkenny-based women's fitness and wellness offering led by a body-neutral trainer and postnatal specialist. Its approach is holistic, focused on building strength, confidence and well-being through exercise and self-care.

Programmes cover pre- and postnatal classes for mums-to-be and new mums, menopause exercise and lifestyle programmes, women-only strength classes, and Silver Classes for adults over 60. Classes now run through the women-only IRIE Movement Studio community in Kilkenny, where members can browse the timetable and book online.
