Nu Gamma Fitness is a private fitness studio in St. James' Park, Kilkenny, established in 2019 to bring structured functional strength training and cardio classes to the area. The studio offers coach-led group classes of up to 16 people, semi-private training for up to 4, and 1:1 personal training, all in a welcoming, all-levels environment that focuses on what you can do.

Classes such as Functional Strength (FS1 and FS2), Abs & Glutes, HIIT, boxercise, cardio and yoga run in 4-5 week progressive overload blocks, with plenty of one-to-one form coaching. Run by owner Neil Gunning and a team of qualified personal trainers, the studio also provides 12-month habit-based online nutrition coaching, team pre-season training and a PT academy.
