BACK IN THE GROOVE

Back in the Groove is a Community Interest Company delivering person-centred dance, fitness and exercise classes in Norfolk and Waveney.

Classes are designed to improve balance, core stability, posture, motor skills and cardiovascular fitness, and are particularly suited to people with long-term health conditions such as hypertension, arthritis, osteoporosis and cognitive issues — including those recovering from or awaiting hip/knee replacements.

Offerings include chair-based music and movement sessions, the internationally recognised OTAGO Falls Prevention Programme, commissioned group and one-to-one sessions, and a National Lottery-funded outreach programme. All classes are run on a 'pay what you can afford' basis and include a social element with refreshments afterwards to reduce isolation.
