Balance Health Club is Kettering's biggest health club and spa, located within Kettering Leisure Village with fabulous views over the lake.

The club offers a large fully equipped gym, over 60 group exercise and studio classes, a relaxing swimming pool, steam room, sauna and spa, racquet sports (squash, badminton, beach volleyball), physiotherapy, and a social lounge with regular events. Qualified, friendly staff are on hand to support members at every fitness level.
