Bälans Pilates Studio is Scotland's largest Pilates studio, located at Perth Airport Business Park in Perth, Scotland.

Established in 2005, it is the only studio in Perthshire offering both group Matwork and the full range of Apparatus Pilates — including Reformer, Tower, Chair, Cadillac, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel, CoreAlign, MOTR, and more — alongside BalletBarreFit classes and online/Zoom sessions.

All instructors hold 3rd Generation Pilates certification through Lolita's Legacy, trained by founder Joakim, a 2nd Generation Pilates Teacher and Sports Therapist. The studio also hosts its own Pilates Teacher Training School and Treatment Rooms offering sports massage therapy. The space is fully wheelchair accessible and welcomes all ages and abilities.
