Ballet4Life was founded by former professional dancer Donna Schoenherr and has been pioneering high-quality dance and movement education for adults of all ages since 2004.
Classes include Ballet (Beginner to Int/Adv), Contemporary Dance, Pointe, Character Dance, and Gentle Yoga, held in well-equipped studios at The Arts Educational School, St Peter's Church Hall, and the Frances Lundy School Hayloft — all in Chiswick, West London.
Ballet4Life is particularly renowned for its 50+ dance programme and is the only organisation in the area offering Character Dance, Contemporary Dance, and Pointe for adult learners. Classes run Monday through Sunday, both daytime and evening, and an extensive online and on-demand programme is also available.
The studio trains teachers, offers concessionary rates, supports university dance students with placements, and serves as the umbrella organisation for the registered charity Move into Wellbeing® (no. 1172264), which provides specialist movement classes for people living with Parkinson's and other mobility restrictions. Pre-registration is required for all classes.
