Barre & Baby - St John's Wood

Barre&Baby is a global movement community founded by Elisa Reinerio in 2012, dedicated to supporting women through matrescence — the profound physical, emotional and mental transformation of pregnancy and motherhood.

Drawing on anatomy, physiology, neuroscience, psychology and evolutionary biology, the network offers pregnancy and Mum&Baby group classes, adult 'Dancing Mindfully' sessions, private classes, workshops and videos on demand.

Classes are available online and in London, as well as through a network of trained teachers across the UK, Italy, South Africa, Spain, Serbia, Canada, Germany, Greece and Belgium. The approach uses dance and movement to counteract postnatal depression, anxiety and loneliness, helping mothers thrive from the inside out.
