BARREtique is an independent barre fitness studio based in Hampstead, North London, offering challenging and innovative classes rooted in the BARREtique Method — a fusion of Pilates, ballet, yoga, isometric exercises and core conditioning.

Classes target arms, legs, glutes and abs using light weights, playground balls, rings, blocks and bands, and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. BARREtique offers studio classes on weekday mornings, Zoom sessions, a video streaming library and private sessions in-studio or at home.
