Barre Physique is a ballet-inspired fitness studio based at Winchester Theatre Arts in Kings Worthy, Winchester, led by certified instructor Lucy Galloway. Classes combine high-intensity, low-impact barre exercises with resistance bands and weights to sculpt, tone and strengthen the whole body.
The timetable includes live studio classes, online Zoom sessions, outdoor Open Air Barre, a dedicated Flex & Stretch class, Gentle Barre, and specialist Barre For Rehab courses for those recovering from injury, surgery or Long Covid. No previous barre or ballet experience is required — modifications and progressions are offered to suit all fitness levels.
