Barre Sculpt is a ballet-inspired fitness studio founded by Harriet Moran-Smith, a former Royal Ballet School-trained dancer. Classes combine ballet technique with targeted toning workouts designed to sculpt the body like a dancer.

In-person weekly classes are held at The Misbourne School in Great Missenden, with virtual programmes and on-demand video plans also available for all levels from beginner to advanced.
