Be… Gymnastics is a floor-based gymnastics and tumbling club based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, running classes for all ages from preschool to adults. Set up as a charity and community interest company (CIC), the club provides a fun, safe and progressive environment where gymnasts, coaches and young leaders can grow and build confidence.
Classes are inclusive of neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals, as well as those with learning and physical disabilities. The programme covers recreational gymnastics, preschool sessions, parkour/freestyle, competition squads, adult gymnastics and parent-supervised toddler play sessions, all working towards the British Gymnastics Rise Awards Scheme.
