Beckfit Fitness is an outdoor fitness studio founded in October 2019 by Lelde, an L2/L3 certified Personal and Group Exercise Instructor with additional qualifications in Ante & Postnatal fitness. Based in Beckenham, South London, Beckfit offers group classes and personal training in the beautiful surroundings of Beckenham Place Park and Beckenham Green.
Classes run throughout the week and include circuit training, full body workouts with resistance bands, bodyweight HIIT, and a family-friendly Sunday session where children are welcome. The philosophy is accessibility for all fitness levels, affordability, and fostering good vibes in the fresh air.
