Brilliant yoga teacher

I only discovered Beth Peak Yoga a few months ago but it felt like I struck gold. She offers friendly, chilled classes, but you leave feeling like you got a great workout, if that's what you are looking for. She's wonderful with beginners, but if you are looking for more, she's a very experienced yoga teacher and I feel I learn something new in each class. And the bonus is that you won't find better-priced yoga classes anywhere.
