Better Bodies Fitness and Recovery Hub is a premium fitness gym in Derry, founded in 2020 by IFBB PRO Alison O'Leary. With a strong focus on inclusivity, positivity, and community, the gym welcomes everyone from complete beginners to elite athletes.

Facilities include Derry's largest spin suite (21 bikes), free weights up to 50kg, fixed resistance machines, boxing, cardio equipment, and a Rejuvenize private recovery hub featuring a hot tub, ice bath, cryospa, infrared sauna, sauna, Normatec compression boots, and sports massage therapy. Classes include Spin, Step, LBT, Strength and Conditioning, Circuits, and more.

Studio spaces and the spin room are also available to hire.
