Beverley Gymophobics is a ladies-only health and fitness centre that has been welcoming women of all ages since 2012.
Owned by Sarah and Steve, this warm and non-intimidating space is built around Gymophobics' trademarked Resisted Tension (RT) programme — a unique combination of isometric muscle contractions and resistance exercise performed on specialist machines with no treadmills, weights or mirrors.
Personalised coaches are with you throughout every pre-booked session, supporting your goals whether that's weight loss, improved mobility, better mental health or simply feeling your best. Digital classes filmed by founder Donna Hubbard are also available as an add-on to gym sessions.
