Bewellfit is a small independent fitness studio in Hastings running approximately 50 classes a week across two studios. Classes range from traditional offerings like LBT, Step, Spin, Pilates and Zumba to more unusual disciplines including Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks, Aerial Trapeze, Bungee Fitness and Drums Alive.
The studio prides itself on being non-judgemental, inclusive and community-focused — welcoming all ages, fitness levels, shapes, sizes and genders.
