Beyond Walls is a CrossFit and HYROX affiliate gym in Cookham, near Maidenhead, built around expert coaching, community and long-term fitness. With over 200 members since opening in September 2024, the gym offers coach-led classes including CrossFit, HYROX, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Mobility, EverStrong and New Chapter, alongside personalised 1:1 support.
