Beyond Walls is a CrossFit and HYROX affiliate gym in Cookham, near Maidenhead, built around expert coaching, community and long-term fitness. With over 200 members since opening in September 2024, the gym offers coach-led classes including CrossFit, HYROX, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Mobility, EverStrong and New Chapter, alongside personalised 1:1 support.
Every session is guided, scaled and adapted to the individual, whether they are brand new to training or experienced athletes. Set in an exceptional natural setting, Beyond Walls is designed to help people train consistently, feel supported and make progress that lasts.
