Bide Sauna is a coastal public sauna in Scotland, founded by Kieran, Thomas and Paul out of a shared love for sauna culture. The name comes from the Scots word 'bide', meaning 'to stay' — reflecting the slower, more mindful ethos at the heart of the experience.

A communal space welcoming all ages, Bide Sauna aims to breathe life into Scottish sauna culture, encouraging connection and community well-being through shared heat and cold exposure.
