Bikram Hot Yoga, also known as Hot Yoga Galway, is an award-winning heated yoga studio founded in Galway in 2005 by local Tracy Dunbar. Located in the Urban Wellbeing centre on the Tuam Road, opposite the Travelodge, it is open seven days a week with morning, afternoon and evening classes.

The timetable includes Bikram yoga, a 90-minute series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, as well as Fierce Grace and Rocket classes. Classes are suitable for all ages and levels, including beginners. Class and membership options include a one-month intro offer, drop-ins, class cards and weekly, monthly and annual memberships.

Booking is handled online through Momoyoga.
