BLAST Boxing CIC is a Community Interest Company using the power of boxing to improve mental health across Edinburgh and beyond. Open to all ages and abilities, BLAST runs a variety of classes including BoxFit, Box 'N' Blether, youth sessions, women-only workouts, and men's wellbeing sessions — across multiple community venues.
Sessions are affordable or free with donations welcome, making boxing genuinely accessible to everyone.

Tuesday: 9:30am–8:00pm (multiple classes) | Thursday: 6:00pm–9:00pm | Friday: 6:00pm–8:00pm | Saturday: 10:00am–11:45am
