BLAST Fit is a boutique boxing gym in Ealing, West London, founded by professional boxing coach Matt Hirst. The studio offers all-levels boxing classes including their flagship PowerBox session, beginner-friendly BoxBlast, conditioning-focused MegaBLAST, and the unique Chess Boxing class. Junior boxing is available for ages 7–15.

Personal training is offered both 1:1 and in small semi-private groups, with specialisms including boxing fitness, strength and conditioning, weight loss, women's fitness, and pre/postnatal training. Sessions are capped for personal attention and are coached by professionals with Top 10 UK PT recognition.

Classes are held at Pitshanger FC, Argyle Road, W13, minutes from Ealing Broadway and West Ealing stations.
