Block 9 Gym is a family-run gym based in Blantyre Industrial Estate near Hamilton, established in 2012 by husband and wife Nick and Jen, who bring over 20 years of fitness industry experience.

The gym offers extensive cardio machines, a large resistance area, heavy free weights, functional training, changing rooms, a supplement shop, a chill-out area, and in-house personal training. Open 5am–11pm, 7 days a week for members.
