Blueprint Training is Worcester's largest premium CrossFit and functional training facility, located in Pitmaston. With a mission to provide a blueprint for people of all abilities to improve their fitness, health and life, the box features a giant bespoke BLK BOX rig, Rogue Echo Bikes, Concept 2 Rowers, and a custom-built Small Group PT area with Watson gym equipment.

Classes include CrossFit, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Blueprint 45 (HIIT), and Endurance, all coached by an experienced team with over 25 years of combined expertise.
