Bodhibox is a unique boutique studio in Letchworth Garden City blending boxing and yoga across two dedicated floors. Founded by Georgie and Steve, the studio offers group boxing classes (Box-HIIT, Just Box, BoxHER, Over 40s, Juniors), a full yoga timetable (Flow/Vinyasa, Form/Hatha, Yin/Unwind, Power, MenoYoga®, Outdoor Yoga), and 1:1 coaching for both adults and juniors.
With heavy bags, aqua bags, and a serene yoga sanctuary, Bodhibox champions strength, balance, and power in an inclusive, community-led environment.
