Body by Ciara is an online personal training platform founded by fully qualified PT Ciara Madden, with over 5 years' experience. The platform offers live-streamed and pre-recorded workouts every day, led by a team of experienced instructors, covering everything from yoga and meditation to heavy weight training.
With over 9,000 members, the Body Squad is a supportive online community focused on empowerment and helping members reach their fitness and wellness goals. Body by Ciara also has a physical gym called Body HQ and hosts annual retreats in Ibiza.
