Body Success Fitness is an exclusive women-only private fitness studio in Bangor, Co. Down. With over 20 years of industry experience behind its founder Jim Gordon, the studio specialises in functional training with an emphasis on mobility, strength and conditioning.

Every client receives a personalised consultation and programme tailored to their individual needs, covering rolling, stretching, mobility, power, strength and aerobic training.

The highly qualified team — drawn from backgrounds including strength & conditioning, figure competitions, bodybuilding, martial arts and boxing — supports clients across all aspects of their journey, including mental health and nutrition. The studio operates in a clean, state-of-the-art space designed to help every woman become the best version of herself.
