BODYbasics Studio is a community-focused fitness studio based in Frome, Somerset, with over thirty years of history in the town. The studio's philosophy is simple: make fitness fun and people will keep coming back. Classes are held both at The Studio on Handlemaker Road and at community venues across Frome, Westbury, Trowbridge and Dilton Marsh.

The timetable covers a wide range of formats including Fitness Pilates, Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, Fitsteps (the ballroom and latin dance fitness class created by Strictly Come Dancing professionals Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe), Bums Legs & Tums, Vitality, FitYou, Fit4Life, Cardio Core, HIIT, Circuits, Movement Matters, Yoga and Strength & Conditioning.

There is also a specialist Adore your Pelvic Floor session. Classes are bookable through Gymcatch.
