Bodycoach Gym is a small, family-run fitness studio on the High Street in Rickmansworth, led by personal trainers Maria and Juraj. The gym offers equipment-based training with free weights, resistance machines and CV machines, alongside personal training sessions and Metafit — a 30-minute metabolic bodyweight HIIT class done to music.

Membership is limited to keep the gym uncrowded, and members benefit from training advice, nutritional guidance and 24-hour support. Adults only (18+), no contracts, no joining fees and no cancellation fees.
