Bodytech Health Club is Shrewsbury's longest-running private health club, established in 1998. Spread across 4 floors and 7 rooms, the gym caters to everyone from complete beginners to experienced athletes, offering a welcoming community atmosphere, a wide range of equipment, a fitness studio, and a dedicated spin studio with disco lights and lasers.
Weekly classes include Bodytech Pump, Body Conditioning, Mobility, Kettle Cardio, Bodytech Conditioning, and Spinning.
