Boot Camp Leicester

Boot Camp Leicester is an outdoor fitness boot camp run by Helen and Paul, a team of health and fitness professionals with over fifteen years of combined client experience. Sessions are designed for anyone — male or female, any age or fitness level — and focus on fat loss, building strength and endurance, improving cardiovascular fitness, and increasing muscle tone.

All participants train together as a team, with varied and challenging sessions to keep motivation high and boredom at bay.
