Box Fitness is a Worcester-based boxing fitness studio offering professional, personalised boxing coaching for all ages and abilities. Led by a highly qualified coach with a background in professional and amateur boxing, the studio provides a range of training options including one-on-one sessions, kids boxing and fitness classes, functional fitness, and kettlebell training.
