Brave Breathwork offers conscious connected / circular breathwork coaching for optimum physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Led by certified breathwork coach and Oxygen Advantage® Advanced Instructor Liane Herbert, sessions take place in dimly lit studios with upbeat soundtracks.
