Breathwork Meditace is a transformational breathwork and meditation practice founded by Ester Kozlovská. It offers conscious transformational breathing sessions — online and in person — alongside guided meditations, breathing exercises, retreats in the Czech Republic and abroad (including Bali), online programmes, and workshops.

The practice is built on the concept of deep inner transformation and harmony achieved through conscious breath, helping participants release stress, suppressed emotions and mental blocks to live more fully.
