Bridges Fitness Centre is a family-run gym in Bailiff Bridge, West Yorkshire, established in 2002 and taken over by Nigel Halmshaw and his family in 2017.

With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry — including Nigel's career as a conditioner at Bradford Bulls and Warrington Wolves rugby league clubs — the team offers a welcoming, expert-led environment for all fitness levels.

The gym features a fully equipped strength suite with Nytram and Indigo equipment, over 50 strength stations, two power racks, dumbbells up to 70 kg, an extensive cardio suite with 30+ CV stations, and a matted room running circuit and grappling sessions.
