Brìgh Pilates Studio is a boutique Pilates studio run by Karen Bryson in the south side of Glasgow. Karen offers small-group matwork classes — both in-person and online via Zoom — as well as one-to-one and studio apparatus sessions. Classes are kept intentionally small to allow individual attention, and run in blocks of 4, 6 or 8 weeks.

Karen holds specialist post-graduate qualifications including Pilates for Pregnancy and Post Natal, and is a member of the Pilates Foundation. Whether you are a complete beginner, returning after injury, or an experienced mover, the studio welcomes all ages and abilities in a friendly, non-competitive environment.
