Brighton & Hove Bootcamps

Brighton & Hove Bootcamps is a wellbeing-focused fitness programme led by trainer Christian Vila, who founded the Kettlebell Bootcamps over twelve years ago. The programme combines high-metabolic exercises — including kettlebells — with a structured, easy-to-follow diet, with the goal of improving immunity, overall health, and body composition.

Classes run throughout the week at Fitlab Gym in Hove and on the Hove seafront, with sessions for mixed groups and a women-only class. The bootcamp guarantees results or offers a full refund.
