BSPK Fitness is a bespoke private gym in the heart of Ealing, West London, founded by Richard Marques and Akis Zissis. The studio offers fully private or semi-private hourly gym floor sessions for individuals, small groups, and personal trainers with clients.

Equipped with top-of-the-line Bulldog Gear and Primal Strength kit — including cardio machines, a wall-mounted rig, cable machines and free weights — plus shower facilities and an in-house treatment room for prehab and rehab. Classes include The Gauntlet (Saturday strength, gymnastics and endurance) and The Hybrid (CrossFit, mobility, Olympic lifting and resistance training).

The gym can be booked as a shared space (max 2 people) or as an exclusive private hire for up to 4.
