Buds Fitness is an inclusive, family-friendly fitness studio based in Sawtry, Cambridgeshire. Led by Abbie and Liam, the studio offers private personal training, beginner-friendly group fitness classes (FitFactory), and online coaching — all built around real confidence and realistic progress.

With a strong focus on mental health, functional fitness, and a judgement-free environment, Buds Fitness welcomes all abilities, including complete beginners. Children are welcome. The studio also runs the UK-wide Together We Lift strength events series, raising awareness for mental health.
