Calibre Fitness is a welcoming, coach-led gym in Christchurch designed for people who want to build confidence and lasting healthy habits. Every session is coached by one of the team, so you'll always know what you're doing and have support on hand.
With over 50 coached group sessions per week — including mornings, evenings and weekends — plus a 24/7 gym area, nutrition guidance, regular check-ins and a strong community feel, Calibre caters for all levels from complete beginners to experienced trainers. Specialist support including menopause guidance and a Calibre Kids programme are also available.
