Callanetics with Eva offers low-impact Callanetics® classes both in-person and online, led by certified instructors Eva and Mel. In-person sessions take place in a small boutique studio (max 6 people per class) every Tuesday, while a wide range of online classes are also available.

Callanetics® focuses on deep muscle activation to quickly tone and reshape the body, improve posture, ease back pain, and strengthen the pelvic floor — suitable for all ages, fitness levels and body types.
