Cambridge Barre Workout is a barre-inspired strength and movement coaching service led by instructor Emma Cuadrado. Classes blend barre-inspired strength training, functional movement, breath and body awareness to help you move better, feel stronger and build confidence.

Live classes are held at Cambridge Dance Studios, Cambridge University Sports Centre and Fresh Studios in Ely, with additional options for 1-2-1 coaching (in-home or online), online programmes, and an on-demand video channel. The programme is especially supportive for postnatal, peri- and post-menopausal bodies.
