Capitol Gym is an independently run fitness and boxing gym that has been part of the Coventry community since 1988. Located on Longford Road, it offers a warm and friendly training atmosphere with expert staff always on hand.
The gym features a full range of free weights, resistance and plate-loaded machines, power racks, cardiovascular equipment, a full boxing suite with heavy bags, changing rooms, showers, and an in-house supplement and nutrition shop. No contract, no joining fee, and a free induction are included for all new members.
