Carmarthenshire School of Gymnastics (CSoG) is a purpose-equipped gymnastics school based at Cross Hands Shopping Centre, Llanelli, offering classes for all ages and abilities. Founded over 46 years ago by Sharon Evans, the club has grown into a 'Centre of Tumbling Excellence' with FIG-approved equipment.
Classes range from pre-school and general gymnastics to tumbling and a competitive squad, with gymnasts progressing from local CSoG Championships all the way to British, International and World Tumbling Championships.
The programme builds strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence, supported by a structured proficiency award scheme and a dedicated team of qualified coaches — many of whom trained at CSoG themselves.
