Carpe Diem BJJ is a boutique Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym in the heart of London Bridge, offering classes 7 days a week in a clean, safe and welcoming environment. Catering to all levels — from complete beginners through to experienced grapplers — the gym runs Gi and No-Gi Fundamentals, All Levels, Intro, Kids, Youth and Women-only classes.

Coaching uses a Constraints-Led Approach (CLA) with task-based games to build real grappling skills through live problem-solving.
