Catenary Coaching offers personalised cycling and triathlon performance coaching for athletes competing in time trial, road race, cyclocross, MTB, duathlon, triathlon and sportives.

Led by a British Cycling Level 3 Coach with a Road & Time Trial specialisation, a British Triathlon Group (Level 2 equivalent) Coach, and a TrainingPeaks Level 2 Coach, the service combines a scientific background (physics degree and PhD) with deep expertise in sports physiology, power-based training, bike fitting, running gait analysis and race strategy.

Additional services include bike fitting, saddle testing and gait/running form analysis. The coaching team also runs a sponsored athlete programme to support women's cycling and duathlon/triathlon.
